Staying here is more like staying with friends than in a hostel. Gail is an amazing hostess and wants only that her travellers see and do all that Thunder Bay has to offer, and feel comfortable in her home. Security rating is ´average´ as it´s not the ´Fort Knox´ style of hostel, but it´s a lovely area where you feel secure.

We booked a private double and got a confirmation, but at our arrival the hostel women told us, that she gave all the private rooms away, but informed hostels.com. After that she refused to give us the desposit, we had to insist on that to get it finally. The City ist boring, the hostel is insecure (key in the entrance romm, everybody can get inside)!
