It's located near the city centre of San Jose, it's clean and staff are very friendly. For breakfast you can cook your own pancakes. I would stay there again.

please update the prices on your site, as there was a discrepancy over the amount we owed upon our arrival at Tranquilo. The manager was rude and would not refund the difference of $8.20, which was owed, according to the receipt from your site. I was only refunded 10% of the price *$2.80. The small amount isn't a big deal, however it was extremely frustrating. Thank You.
