The directions they give you to get there are horrible! We walked around trying to find it. Otherwise, it's clean and the staff speak English. The only bad thing is the location, I wish we would have stayed somewhere closer to the pretty beaches!

The hostel was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great for the beach but there wasn't much else around unless you walked for about 10 or 15 minutes. The main thing I disliked was the directions to the hostel, they were awful.

So last time we were in Las Palmas, we stayed a week at the Falow Hostel,(as the Hostal Alcaravaneras was occupied) which which was ok, and a good base for exploring the city in all directions, the streets, the shops, the restaurants, the cinema, the old part of town, the public swimmingpool, (if you don´t want to swim in the sea). However since Las Palmas is more cloudy than the south, then

some rooms too loud, those that show to c/ L. Antunez and the interior I haven´t seen,.... if U just need a bed and no comfort it´s OK.
