I have not had such spastic giggles in years, as the ones I had at this place. Whenever I am in Athens, this will be my home. Lovely athmospheare, charming hostess (Annika! my wife and I miss you!) Service is very good. Greetings goes to the other guests we met, scots, canadians,kiwis, the austrian, the argentinian and all others. yours truly, Espen(norway), Marta (bulgaria) and Jason (usa)

I HIGHLY recommend this hostel to EVERYONE visiting Athens!!! I cancelled my reservation at another hostel just so that I can stay in Zorbas once again after arriving back in Athens from the islands. I sincerely recommend this hostel to EVERYONE that comes into Athens. I am a female, travelling alone, so finding the right hostel was very important to me and Zorbas was the BEST choice! I felt very safe, the safe was free, there was free luggage storage, the dorms were clean and fully equipped with air conditioning, and there was hot water 24 hours a day! Zorbas is also located one street away from the Metro and very close to the central sites in Athens. Such a great location. I have absolutely no complaints, I loved staying in Zorbas! This was definitely the best hostel I have ever stayed in! I had such a great time and Yiannis and Akis were also very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The bar downstairs also always threw a great party and everyone was very kind. What a fantastic experience at Zorbas. Thank you Zorbas for the wonderful experience and for making me feel at home. I greatly appreciate it! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Greece!

My husband and I only stayed there one night. Got in really late and left really early. It was cheap and decent for a quick and easy place to sleep. Breakfast wasn't being served because it was Sunday and they couldn't get bread. Good for one night cheap stay!
