REALLY bad location, it is actually farther from osaka than kyoto is. Its a 25min hike from the closest JR station (if you have the pass) and is a 45 min train ride into town. Also they have a 11pm curfew, so you cant even go into the city for dinner without worrying about getting back (since its a long commute). The staff was really weird towards us... it seemed they were mad at us .. for no reason and treated us very rudely. Overall, it was a big waste of money, and it would be better to just sleep at MediaCafes in the city (which are actually pretty good!)... heck even sleeping in a trainstation would be better.

This was my second time here. It's incredibly easy to get to Kansai from here so for that it's great. I had booked online a few days ahead of time, but my booking didn't come through so I had to pay full price (I'm not great at negotiating in Japanese). It's quiet, clean and convenient. I love the BBQ place down the street. I'll probably go back some day.

It was incredibly easy to find and for it being my first time in Japan, it was really no trouble getting there by the trains either. The people in the local neighborhood were very nice and though I wasn't there for very long, I had a great meal at a very friendly place. I thought that the staff was very accommodating and friendly. There was no trouble at all.
The location is onyl good if you're coming from the Kansai Airport, otherwise it's kind of far away. Nevertheless, it's a very cozy, very friendly place!

Unless you are an Osaka resident and your house burned down or you just got stuck with your car outside of the entrance, i cant think of no other reason to check in to that place! first of all this place is not really in Osaka, its in a remote suburb called Izumisano, which the nearest site of interest is the Kansai Airport (and its not an interesting place), you have to take a ride of a minimum of 30 minutes on the train in order to get to the nearest part of the "true" Osaka. plus, this place is more closed down than open, which doesnt really matter since you have no real places outside to go to anyway. AND (most importantly) the 10 percent advanced payment that is collected from you when you order a room online is NOT deducted from the price, which means you also pay the 10 percent payment and the FULL PRICE for the rooms when you check in! JUST DONT GO THERE!!!!
