We visited San Cristobal in july 2008 and were in general satisfied with this hostel although at night it was sometimes noisy (music and chatter from the central patio of the hostel & a early cock of the neighbours). Lindita & Dieter (from Belgium) x.

Everything is easy walking distance at lovely San Cristobal de las Casas, the hostel is located about 10 min walking distance to the bus station and just 3 blocks from the artisan market. Hostel staff is nice & very helpful. Reception/breakfast area are all in an open area, a bit cold when it rains or early in the morning/late night. Rooms are located sourrounding this open area and therefore are a bit cold. Rooms are rather noisy but great to socialize & meet with people! Big lockers to l

Right near the Santa Domingo markets. Staff were friendly and the tours were interesting and well priced. Had a lovely courtyard recreation area too.
