manager here is a complete bully, totally ripped us off and was so aggressive. do yourself a favour and do not stay here. i am contacting hostelworld to try get this place removed. just get out of crappy krabi and get to Ao Nang down the road.

Very expensive for what it was - rooms are fine and clean, but nothing special. Air conditioning whinned like a slippy fanbelt all night and bathroom was flooded with a leak. Road outside is extremely noisy, so not for light sleepers. Breakfast ends at 9.30 and I came down at 9.25 and said I was popping out to the ATM. They didn't mention that breakfast was about to end. When I got back 7 mins later, they insisted on charging me for breakfast as I was 2 mins late - fruit and coffee - which was extremely expensive for what it was. I don't like that kind of money-grabbing attitude, so while it's fine and clean, I wouldn't recommend it.

Excellent reception - very friendly and pleasant and fluent in English. Room was basic but adequate and clean. Breakfast good enough. Staff extremely helpful in arranging transport to ferry.
