I really enjoyed my stay here, and the staff - especially the guy working at night - were awesome. Though the hostel is a long walk from the nearest MRT stop, the 33 bus is very convenient for getting to the central areas of the city. Overall, a good hostel.

My stay at Betel Box was very good. The staff is helpful and nice! They help you where ever they can. Only the location is not worth en "excellent". That's because it's not in the center of the city but a maybe 20 min busride away (cost: S$1.50 or roundabout S$10.- by Taxi). - So it's still very good! Some people like it like this, beaucause it's quieter - so did I. Thank you very much for this nice days! Your hostel is really recommendable! Greets from Lucas, Switzerland!

great hostel, with really great staff who will bend over backwards to help you. They also go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great location considering singapore has great public transportation/mrt system.

The only downer was the club downstairs with the scantily dressed girls smoking outside and the many men sitting in the cafe gawking!
