I was going for a cheap price, so I do not have the right to complain about the building and atmosphere. But... having said that... the place looks like an old and dirty insane asylum. Poor students who have to live there all year long! The reception staff was nice and friendly girls, but the cleaning-up girls walked aroud like frightened ghosts. Not acknowlegding the guests and not saying ' hello, goodmorning'. Anywazzz... that is my 2 cents woth.

The rooms and toilets were filthy. I won't even consider to spend another night there. Really overpriced, for same amount of money you can have much better and more comfortable place to stay.
