Some of the staff were rude and disrespectful at times. We were not informed about certain details that would have been nice to know. Kitchen was enormous, good parking available, lots of food storage room, big open common room, wireless readily available in all houses, rooms were nice as well.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Was excellent, the staff were really good. Always organising trips and things. I had to move rooms every night for some reason? But apart from this is was really good.

Great staff right now - showed us where to eat and gave us a beer in the back garden upon arrival! Other than some noise in the street at night from some overly excitable Brits (understandable), I'd definitely stay here again. Complaints: The lockers are too expensive - $1 every time you need to get something out. Also, $10 cash deposit for linen and keys is a bit steep. I found some crap under my pillow, old magazines and notes that the previous resident had left - should probably give your cleaning staff a talking-to. You need more bathrooms. And checkout is way too early - 11-12 would be appropriate, rather than staff knocking at your door just before 10.
