Oh boys... It's fun to stay when there is no better place, but for my next visit I'd prefer not to stay there.

Some staff friendly & helpful, others abrupt & gave impression that guests were an inconvenience. When we booked in we were told room was given to someone else (even though we were given the room number earlier that morning when we dropped our bags off), we were placed in an inferior room at the same cost, with no apology. The cleanliness of room was poor, we shared the bathroom with a wide array of insects and a gecko!

We stayed in a twelve berth dorm, it was fairly noisey as expected but not too bad. the staff were helpful and polite. the location is a little far from the action but the subway is just rounf the corner. overall a good hostel.

This is now a family hotel and not a youth hostel, boring and disapointing, they are clearly changing their target demographics to families.
