The guy who checked us in was extremely rude, to the point that we did not want to stay, even though we hadn\'t even seen the rooms yet. Though he lightened up as the days went on, the first impression was so bad that it stuck with us and left a sour taste. Aside from him, the rooms were fairly clean. The location was good to walk around town, but it was not convenient to the beach. It was kind of a long walk, and on the way back, there is a very steep hill to walk up.

Great place to stay in Plett. Rated as 5 star backpacker accommodation by the TGCSA. We really had no complaints, everything was fine - they even had towels for the guests, what is great!! - but I feel like I need to point that the breakfast is NOT INCLUEDED!! - maybe they say it on the description page, but we are not really used to that and we were not told about that when we arrived.. Because we didn\'t know/remembered, we only found out when we were leaving, that there was an amount due to be paid because we had breakfast. Not very nice, but there was nothing we could do about it...
