In 20 + years of backpacking on and off I would have to say Galeazzi Basily cabins was one of the best value for money accomodations I have ever managed to find.

This place was great! the owners were so friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and such. i stayed in the cabin before and after an artarctica cruise and would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Ushuaia. it was a very comfortable place that was priced very reasonably.

The hostel is a real family home. The owners are really nice friendly people and I was made amazingly welcome as if I was at home. It is a little walk form town but nothing untoward. Highly recommended
