CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel at least 48 hours before arrival or the first nights stay will be charged(Effective April - November ONLY). Once reservation is made online and confirmation have been given to you from December - March YOU CANNOT CANCEL and IF YOU DO 1 NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMAT
Please note the price does not include the 13% tax(state and resort tax). This will be added on to the balance due on arrival.
