the hostes is central at a side street, so there is no noise from the street. we had a one night stay in jan 2012 in a double with shared bathroom which was OK, but a friendly couple had a double with private bathroom just behind the door on the upper floor which is very noisy due to the proximity of the door to their room and people standing outside of the room smoking. It's cold all the time inside the hostel. Hot water lasted only 5 min every time. Excellent location though, very close to the Bellavista district for nightlife
Hi Chian, I'm sorry you didn't tell us about the cold you were feeling. We have heaters but we use them when is 10� or less, but the days you came to our hostel there was more the 20�. If you would tell us we would do something for your comfort.
