Since its not very easy to find a good and cheap place to stay in Bologna, I think this one was an okay value for your money. Host was very friendly, the room was clean. The bathroom was rather small. Good transportation to the location, easy to find. However if meeting new people and socializing is a must for you, this is definitely not your place to be.
