There were lots of insects in our bed the first night and my roomates private room ended up being a hammock outside. We found a new place the following night. The staff gave us a discount and was helpful.
Hi Megan, Many thanks for your feedback. The insects have now been taken care of by professionals. Seems they must have been brought in with someones luggage or more likely sleeping bag. We do as that guests use the clean sheets issued on arriveal but sometimes these things get overlook. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you and i hope you enjoyed the rest that Cancun had to offer. Regards , Luke.
