The rooms were spacious, clean and the bathrooms were large and very clean. The team were very friendly and were very welcoming. The complimentary city maps were excellent for visiting oldquarter. very knowledgeable regarding halong bay tour and were not pushy about booking with them. They are highly recommended and have been one of the best hotels that we have stayed in Vietnam. We would definately stay here again!!!!!!!!! Shiey, from South Korea ~ 31st Oct 2009

The room was fine, elevator, a great location in the old quarter and especially the staffs are very friendly with good breakfast. We have never had such good service before. The hotel’s male staff met us at the train station at 5am and took me to hotel for free! Totally, it was beyond my expectation.
