This place was such a HUGE dissapointment. The staff in the bar was good which is the only reason that I gave a notch higher than the worst for staff. Our room was disgusting, had no TV and the safe didn't work. We had no balcony. When I had made the original reservation we asked for a room on the top floor and were given one on the first floor. When we had asked three times to be changed they continued to put it off. I would recommend this to anyone. More to say but not enough room here. :-( Melanie, from France ~ 22nd Jul 2009
