Hotel Pergamino en Mar del Plata, Argentina

My friend was robbed 500 pesos because the windows to our room did not lock. The hot water was unreliable, certain members of the staff were rude and/or unhelpful, there didn't seem to be a lock box for valuables - the staff would just put them in a cupboard that wasn't always attended. I would NOT recommend this hostel - strange, negative vibe.

We checked our security cam sistem and NOBODY entered your room except you and your room mates. It's NOT TRUE that the window didn't lock, The problem with the hot water was solved in 5 minutes ( the tap was lock ). If somebody was rude or unhelpful with you I would realy like to know who he was?, in any case recive our apologyses. We kept your things near by because your were asking for them each 10 minutes, and they were safety because anything was missing. Negatives vibes are up to you so please don't transfer them to us.
