The Hostel Galla, newly built hostel is situated behind Via Nicola Porpora, in a small private road (Via Galla Placidia, 5).
Our hostel is the perfect solution for those seeking peace and quiet, something hard to find in the chaos of a big city like Milan. In fact, thanks to location, near the Tangenziale East and Piazza Loreto (City University), you can reach easily by subway and / or media surface, all the main areas of Milan: the Cathedral, the Sforzesco´ Castle, the Fiera Milano in Rho Pero, etc.
Hostel Galla is also very near to the most important hospital of the city (San Raffaele - Centro Tumori Besta - Clinica Santa Rita). We offer special conditions to all guests that come to make examinations in these specialized structures.
The same service is reserved to students who search a cheap accommodation in order to attend courses at the Milan Polytechnic or at the Public University in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci.
For customers who reach our hostel by car, you can park thirty meters in a garage open 24 hours
Our hostel offers single, double and family of three or four people at very competitive prices. All rooms have a bathroom outside

Super clean place. The staff is friendly. They give you a towel and shampoo daily! Rooms get locked up when no one is there. Relatively quiet. Location is a bit far. Definitely an hour walk to the Duomo. However, only a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station (and from there only about a 10 minute ride to the Duomo). I really liked this place!
