The location is the only good thing about this place! We booked a private room at the hostel 311 times square and we were sent to 320 times square, and then to a different wing on the building (underground, no windows) with all the aluggage and stairs. No restrooms on that level we were on, just showers; internet didn\'t work; the \"room\" was dirty on the side of the bed and the floors, the sheets were clean or at least appeared to be.
