Excellent location!! and the owner was very nice. It is a quite, clean house and they have free internet, you don't need to bring your laptop. 5 mins from Time square, close to all service and 2 mins to port authority. Fei, from China ~ 2nd Nov 2009

I will like to give this rating because of the politeness and friendliness of the staff. When I rang the bell to come in, the staff actually helped with my luggage. Tea and coffee was free and no limit to how much you can have. The staff(William) had exceptional customer service skills.
