Friendly staff, however the lady checking us in claimed she wasn't the owner(a common characteristic of hostels in chile). 24 hour internet, not many other guests, quiet, helpful service. Clean bed, great heaters and many bathrooms to use. We would stay here again. Chris, from Canada ~ 23rd Aug 2009
