Green House is in the middle of the town of Santiago de Chile and next to one of the most central metro station; 'Santa Lucia', which is a 1 minute walk from the house.

The house is a 3-storey house with a modern style architecture, located in a neighbourhood where commercial, touristic and cultural activities are developed everyday of the year.

Today this area has been re-energised and everything is possible to find in walking distances: banks, supermarkets, parks, restaurants, pubs, theatres, cinemas, museums.

This is also a university area as the most important universities (Universidad de Chile, Universidad Catolica) are located around in this neighbourhood and, as a result, the locality is full of a young and feel-good atmosphere.
