Staff was more than understanding when we had a problem with our room, and were always willing to help us with any questions we had. The location is a bit of a walk from the train station and not the easiest to find, but it's nice and quiet and well worth the walk. Not in an overly tourist section either, so prices are good, and while it is a walk from the train station, its very close to great restaurants and shops. Kevin, from Canada ~ 7th Jul 2009
