HOW TO GET HERE: Taxi fare starts at 200 PHP from any one of the three Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals. Special, yellow Airport Taxis charge 75% over white metered taxis, which can be found in the departure wing of each terminal. Direct the driver to take the EDSA highway and exit off Ayala Avenue before making a right on Makati Avenue (Peninsula Hotel) and a right on Padre Burgos Street (Pussycats Bar). The place you're looking for rests above Mascara Bar on your right. (Total 200 PHP, 15min)
THE ULTRA-BUDGET MODE: Approach airport staff about hourly bus shuttles (20 PHP, 20mins, daytime) to the TAFT MRT Station. At the intersection of Taft and EDSA, either hop on the metro rail toward North Avenue and alight at Buendia Station (10 PHP, 15min, daily 5.30am-10pm) or hitch any northbound bus (12 PHP, 15min, 24 hours) and let off at Buendia (a.k.a. Gil Puyat). Walk west past Shell and KFC on Senator Gil Puyat Avenue (1km), right on Makati Avenue (150m), and a final right on Padre Burgos (200m). Mascara Bar is on your right. (Total 32 PHP, 1hr)
