For such a small island Ireland really comes into the spotlight worldwide on March 17th as the whole world joins in with the Emerald Isle to celebrate its patron saints day. St Patricks Day in Vancouver
Vancouver’s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations go on for a couple of days as they make a festival out celebrating all things Irish. Vancouver marks March 17th with a weekend full of celebrations of Irish culture, music and heritage. Even in Brazil we are celebrating. In our school we have picutres all around and we are teaching our friends about this tradition.
