When we arrived to our room there were dead ants all over the bathroom floor. We decided to to overlook this and just enjoy our stay. The next day we woke up to find ants all over the table, in our food, in a backpack, and in a bed.When we told the manager she proceeded to try and cover this up by telling us there was not a problem. When she gave us our money back, she yelled at us and threatened to report us if we left a bad rating.

When you have the rotten food in bag is easy to find a few ants in the bag and table. If the room was dirty as they say, why they dint ask to change it?? It was all premeditated to ask for money back the morning after and we for not avoid problems we returned the entire sum.but does not seem right to have over insult to injury?

very friednly and helpful staff, good value for money, nice atmosphere, rooms are okay, very easy to reach the centre of venice (the bus takes only 10 minutes and goes every ten minutes, there are also night buses) Andrea, from Austria ~ 23rd Feb 2012

The hotel is very close to the Mestre railway station, and the staff is helpful, he can also speak some Chinese. But the WiFi is not good on the second floor! Chengbing, from China ~ 25th Oct 2011

Although it isn't on the islands on Venice, it really is easy to get to by bus! Also, the best train station to get off at when going to Venice is actually one stop before the terminus station, and the directions given to get to the hotel are truly the best we've seen!
