Francis was very helpful in guiding us around the city. The rest of the staff were very helpful. It is a very quiet place to stay and it is located right next to the bus station to centro de lima. I would only recommend staying two days in Lima/Miraflores then check out other cities in Peru! Douglas, from USA ~ 12th May 2012

I loved my time here! Francis is the best owner. I have stayed in several hostels over the world, and he went above and beyond for my sister and me. He gave great advice on where to go (and importantly where not to go) and saved us when our phones and bank cards did not work upon arriving. The location is great, near the beach and centro Lima. This place was very cute. The only options for rooms are private rooms, but my friend and I stayed here, requested a 2 bed room and got 3 beds! My only complaint, was that one of the beds had a slight smell of urine and the room itself had to be aired out so as not to make the room smell musty. Francis, the owner, was VERY accomidating and friendly. He drew an extremely well-detailed map and was always open to chat or suggest things to do. The only thing i can say about Albergue Miraflores House is it´s the best good price good room good breakfast hot shower. And most of all francis the owner is the best , We loved him he was so helpful better than tourist information the man is a star. WOW!!! Is this really a hostal? It looks and feels more like it is your own house!!! What a fantastic experience. Francis, the owner, takes extreme pride and love for his home. You are welcomed with pisco sours. The entire place is super clean, comfortable beds, great atmosphere, good enough simple breakfast. Great customer service, staff, etc...
