It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. Most of their self-description IS A LIE. No aircon, no fridge, no TV, the shower is in the balcony with a good view on you, no hot water, the toilet is at the reception, very rude staff, tiny, smelly, dirty, dark room, very loud music at the reception in late night. The location of the guesthouse was perfect, right by the barstreet en shops. If you want to go to beach it is a bit far. This guesthouse is nice but only for sleep or hang in your room, there aren't that many backpackers over there and there is no information about Hua Hin. Excellent place, it's new and therefore everything is in the room are new and clean, in the centre of the city and the Night market is only 3 minutes away, away stand outside and you can see it up the street. 60 + pubs and likewise the sea only 5 minutes.Wifi and internet free, coffee tea free all day and british breakfast in the morning for a 100 Bahts, a winner to start any day. The staff are a great (pen is great at pool so play her and see) Joy always has a great smile and Niel is very funny Chris, from England ~ 6th Sep 2011
