Amigo Hostel in Washington Dc, Bolivia

We would have enjoyed our stay a lot more if the staff had enforced the "quiet after 22:00" policy supposedly in place. The patios have a lot of echo and every night disrespectful guests would get rowdy until early morning without anyone from the hostel reacting. Not a recommended place for a good night of sleep. This is without doubt the most disgusting hostel i've ever stayed at. The staff was lazy and rude. The wi-fi was so slow, that it was impossible to use.
