Annie's Place in Oslo, Australia

I stayed two nights in Annie's Place and I have to say that I enjoyed at least my second night. The first night I had to share my room with some bugs which was pretty disgusting. Bugs fell from the wall on my Bed and were in almost every bed. In the end I found a bed without bugs. Don't book this hostel if you're counting on the free airport pickup - we arranged our pickup in advance but we spent over an hour and a half waiting at the airport until we finally got a taxi ($38) after 3 phone calls to the unapologetic and unhelpful staff at the reception desk. Other than this, the hostel itself was nice, cool bar and our room was very clean but a couple members of staff had poor customer service skilled, particularly the very rude bleached blonde English girl on reception. Excellent hostel. Some staff didnt have too much knowledge in regards to the Hostels facilities (eg Bike Hire) but apart from that a great place to stay. Highly recommended Stuart, from Australia ~ 26th Feb 2012
