The staff was very rude. Our reservation was cancelled because we arrive late (at 9 pm) and they tried to charge to the credit card the total amount. Since they could not charge the card they cancelled the room. When we arrived they had rooms available, but they wanted we to pay more than the amount showed in our reservation. I think they are not very honest. For the rest, the hotel has good location and is very clean. If you choose it, be sure to phone in advance to confirm the room. Rafael, from Spain ~ 30th Apr 2012

Highly recommended! Everything was great in our apartment, starting with huge bed, clean and new bathroom and grat location. If you add tasty and varied breakfast, you get the perfect place to stay in Bologna! Lukasz, from Poland ~ 17th Apr 2012
