Living area was lovely and warm, upstairs also warm- even during the big storm we had! Radiators and electric blankets in our double room was a fantastic surprise- felt pampered! Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Little out of the way without a car but plenty of parking if you do. Would stay here again!

We were only there one night so didn't really get to experience everything the hostel had to offer. However, most notable the bathroom and toilet were very clean. It is about 10minutes from Auckland CBD though so we had to taxi it to and from the city at nighttime.

I loved the location, but it is not in central Auckland. A bus stop is right across the street and a quick 15 minutes.
