Base Airlie Beach Resort in Eshowe, Australia

There were ants all over the kitchen. The ac was broken so we had to have the windows open which probably didn't help with the ants. The staff was really rude when we asked for their help.

Hello Jenna, I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us in Airlie Beach. We are currently having the Air Cons replaced as they do the hardest job up hear in tropical north Queensland. The ant situation is also currently being addressed. We have quite a lot of wildlife here in Airlie beach and not just the turtles, dolphins and fish. It’s also the insect variety. As for the problems with the staff I am sincerely sorry. We try of offer all guests an interesting experience at Base Airlie Beach served with a smile. If you remember a staff member in particular that was rude please email me so it can be addressed. I hope the rest of your time in Australia is amazing.
