I enjoyed the hostel, except for the first night when I stayed in a dorm that had no window, so felt kind of pokey. It also had a smoke-alarm that went off randomly during the night, so my first night there was a disaster really! But staff were obliging when I asked to change rooms, so the remaining 6 days were great. Perhaps Base ACB could make known the fact that there are rooms without windows and charge people a lower rate for them.

The elevators took forever. I waited 30 minutes for an elevator one morning, and we couldn't use the stairs because they were for the emergency exit only. Also, there were 5 of us in my group and when we got there they put us in a room with only 4 beds available. We were able to move to a different room, but it was still frustrating.

Great location, the staff was pretty helpfull, like anywhere some more than others. Good kitchen & lounge areas. I would stay there again.
