I had an awful experience, but it was due to the patrons staying on my floor, and not the facilities or the staff. Great location, my single room was no frills with a stained carpet, but it was clean, as were the bathrooms. The breakfast was fine, the staff were lovely and kind. I had a horrible night due to drunk A-holes screaming for an hour in the hall and on several occasions pulling on my door knob and banging on my door. I'm so grateful that you had rooms available at short notice (first two nights in a twin room, followed by two nights in a single room). The staff were very helpful: they told me about evening meals and where to find the electric socket, found my misplaced room key, and someone mopped up the shower/toilet floor. It was a bit noisy on Saturday evening, with a loud children's party, a false fire alarm at 2:30 am, and party-goers outside.Otherwise slept well in basic but comfortable rooms.
