The hostel was ok. The sheets were dirty as the hairs of other persons was easily seen on them. The bathroom was pretty dirty. Staff was helpful for the things to do stuff in the city. An average hostel if you dont have any place to choose for 1 or 2 nights.
This is very strange, guest and his wife had a extensive and personalised tour planning session with the hostel manager. They continued to shower the staff with praises during their stay and left the staff with tips when they left. At no point in time during their stay did they suggest that there were problems. For the record, room and facilities are washed and cleaned on every checkout, while the bathroom is checked and cleaned at least 4 times a day.

The staffs were very kind, friendly and told us what we need/can while staying at the hostel. They also told us how to get to places etc. The hostel locating is a little bit far from MRT station...especially carrying a big luggage, but maybe it doesn't matter if you use a taxi.
Investigations done with guest and team. We are very glad that the guest enjoyed her stay but do not comprehend why guest deliberately chose to suffered in silence during stay. Betel Box has ties with airport transfer which enables guest to book and board or alight at the airport or at the hostel. This is mentioned upon booking as well as throughout the stay.
