The only issues were availability of towels and blankets.You only receive a sheet and some nights the rooms are cold, they have blankets upon request but these ran out quick.They also ran out of large towels often. John, from USA ~ 2nd Mar 2013

Excellent time. Lockers in the room=secure. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is next to everything in southbeach. Atmosphere is inviting, everyone was relaxed and comfortable. Always loud (it's Miami,though). Staff can be more friendly. Went on the Everglades tour via the hostel, good value for money. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms have kitchens. This hostel is TERRIBLY located FAR from the beach or any nightlife,the closest food was EXPENSIVE whole foods,the pool turned out to be dirty above ground.Nighttime girl that checked us in was UNBELIEVABLY rude,girl in our room hard her bag stolen while she was there,NO WIFI in rooms,Not enough bathrooms, and the staff enters the rooms constantly all morning long..not worth it for the price we paid Robennu, from USA ~ 6th Dec 2012

I've stayed in this hostel for 2weeks and apart from the people I met I hated it! The room was so dirty. The toilet was disgusting and no one was coming to clean it. There's no safety at all. The building is open and everyone can walk in. Some of the staff were really nice and friendly but the first day when me and my friend wanted to check in at 8am a girl in the reception said "you can't, just after 3pm." even if there were empty beds in the room!
