I stayed for 3 days plus extended for one more. The hostel isn't as close as hostels in downtown or chinatown, but it's on a freq. bus line so you can reach the Mall within minutes. The hostel itself is nice. I especially liked that beds are bigger than usual. Manager is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to a friend. Jan, from Slovakia ~ 27th May 2012

Bill is great and very accommodating! It had a homey feel and had breakfast food available. The hostel is located about 15 minutes from the tourist sites. However, there is a bus stop (X2) right outside the door. Would highly recommend this place for your Washington DC trip! Leah, from USA ~ 4th Apr 2012

The stay at Bill's hostel was just outstanding! We had a great time, great company, great atmosphere and very interesting people to talk with. There were people from everywhere. We had a great time at night clubs with our roommates as well as at the hostel. The only problem (not for us, maybe for other people), was the fact that you had to take a 15 minutes bus trip to the center of the city, but the bus stop was just 1 block away from the hostel. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful city. Bill is very helpful and he really tries hard to make the hostel feel as homely as possible - and he definitely succeeds.
