This capsule hotel is a good option if you want to try a capsule hotel. The location, just outside Asakusa station, and the hot bath are very good. Maria Rebecka, from Sweden ~ 19th Mar 2012

When we arrived at the hotel the staff had no reference of our booking-I tried to explain that I'd booked through hostels.com,but they kept asking for a printed-off confirmation.My ipod couldn't connect to their WiFi & there was a queue to use the single computer.We ended up walking around Asakusa trying to find anotherWiFi spot so that I could go into hotmail & retrieve my booking.It was only after we came back & showed them the booking on screen that they checked their systems & let us in. They didn't speak a word of English there was no electrical outlets in the capsule, so couldn't charge my phone and you had to pay to store your luggage Camille, from Denmark ~ 27th Sep 2011

Great for one to try out but wouldn't do it much longer. Onsen bath and sauna on top floor is great. Right next to the subway station which is great. Great neighborhood in Tokyo to spend a night. Great for the capsule experience. Stayed for 2 nights. Wonderful view over the river at night. Bath also overlooks the river. It was my first time in a public bath, but no problems. Just read up on do`s and don`t`s. Reception spoke decent English, but actual staff only spoke Japanese. Not much to do in actual hotel. Bar downstairs, didn`t try though. Good and cheap for those seeking the experience. But no A/C in actual capsule. Just in hallway Fabio, from USA ~ 16th Jul 2011
