Do not go in this hostel ! there are bugs in rooms and nothing is clean ... We have take our luggage to search an other room in the town ! Patrick, from France ~ 29th Apr 2013

Only one door between the street and the bedroom. Without any protection and security. In the morning we didn´t get breakfeast because nobody opened the door of the hostel and we had no key for the front door. You should think about a better system for te private rooms. Great place to stay in Queretaro close to everything. There were no hot water in the shower. It doesn't look to be very secured in the 2nd building as the door of the room can be opened very easely for example if another guest doesn't lock correctly the door to exit the place.
