Chase The Wild Goose Hostel in Bologna, Skotlanti

i stayed in a mix doom, unfortunately my share mates snored so badly, i was awake the whole night long, didn't get any sleep at all, i wanted to talk to the reception, but was closed after 11pm, there was no help at all.

Sorry we couldn't help. But wait.... maybe we could have held his nose..! No more snorers allowed from now on! Ok? Seriously, though, we are not a city hostel and our staff have their hot chocolate and biscuits at 10.30pm and then they get tucked up in bed.

Thanks for your rating. We do keep a clean hostel, but it may not always seem so in the peak season wihen we have a full house. Tea break over. Must get back to work... Keep Chasing the Wild Goose. Good to have you stay!

This is not a place I would recommend. The guy who runs it is VERY rude. He is disorganized. The reception is only open from 5:30-10 AM and 5:30 to 10 PM/ He locks up the kitchen at 10 PM too. The kitchen appliances didn't work for me. The overall cleanliness wasn't good.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. In our hostel staff are on duty from 7.30am until 1.30pm and again from 5.00pm until 10.30pm, and once you are booked in you have 24-hour access until 10.30am on departure day. For reasons of safety guests may not cook meals after 10.00pm, but do have kitchen access for drinks. We do keep a clean 'ship' but try as we might we can't give you 5-star HOTEL quality at 3-star HOSTEL prices - sorry again you made the wrong choice.
