Read some negative reviews about this hotel and I had doubts about the place. Once I got there, I was very surprise to find that the negative reviews didn't apply to my standards. The room was small, yes, but clean and well equiped A/C, cable TV, and Wi/Fi. Great location. Very satisfied. Vincent, from Canada ~ 18th Aug 2011

The elevator was out of order and we had to lift our baggage to the 4th floor by ourselves. The room was too small - just a bed was inside. Artur, from Russia ~ 20th Jun 2011

Small rooms, staff not very helpful, elevator out of order, no food services, very few amenities. The best thing it has going for it is location. Within walking distance of Dupont and Logan Circle bars and restaurants. Not very close to the subway though, but still walkable. Also, nice TV w/ good cable channels.
