Really liked this hostel, nice and quiet at night but still a good atmosphere. Good mix of people but definitley not a party hostel. Very clean and secure - staff at reception always seemed happy to help Alexander, from England ~ 19th Apr 2012

Though not in the heart of the tourist district, it was a great central location to make getting around Santiago a breeze!Great social atmosphere, but allowed plenty of privacy if you didn't want to visit!Stayed here on two different occasions- the rooms with the windows along the street were lovely, but a little noisy at night.Staff was friendly and the lobby is full of the info you'll need for your stay in the city. The hostel is clean and quiet. But, some of the staff though was really rude and were making faces behind our backs when we asked questions about their tours. They were not helpful at all, they just acted all cool and stuff. If you want help with booking tours or to get information, stay somewhere else.
