Based on my stay here I would classify this more as a hostel for people who want to do daytime touring, and don't care as much for the nighlife. Yes, it is out of the way, and up a fairly decent hill, but there is a city bus that goes almost to the front door of the hostel, so the walk can be avoided. This hostel was ok. It was abit out of the way, with a very hilly walk to get to it. The place was clean but there was next to no security and if you want a good nights sleep this is not the place for you - the doorbell goes at all hours and you can hear everything from inside the hostel. There is also no air conditioning which is a muct in this country! It served a purpose but could have been a lot better.

The location truely sucks... Its in the middle of nowhere...avoid this hostel if you can; but make a reservation in another one at least a week in advance... Otherwise enjoy THE HILLLLLLL

Pretty out of the way, sort of unfriendly staff, but otherwise a fairly decent hostel.

The hostel lies on a hill near the metro station maragall. its about ten minutes walk.the matro closes at 12 and reopens at 5. on saturdays it stays open the hole night. There is also a busstop 50m away from the hostel. this bus goes direkly to the beach

almost everything is great in this hostel out of the location... it's quite far away from the city center and on a hill (what can become pretty exhausting when returning from a long night)... you should absolutely take this into consideration when deciding for a hostel in barcelona!
