It was very disappointing to find that 70 school children were staying at the hostel. These kids are a nuisance factor. They are loud, had to complain about the noise long after midnight. The staff did take action. They take forever in the showers. There was some drunkeness and spewing.All good stuff when you are a teenager. If you are going to cram school trips into your hostel to maximise profits then i will give it a big miss in the future. fred, from England ~ 8th May 2013

All The staff were extremely helpful, and went above what you normally expect. Easily one of the best hostels to stay at and most enjoyable. Facilities are excellent. The staff here was fabulous! They helped us find our way around Lisbon, advised us on what to do, and they even made a last minute dinner reservation so we could see a fado show. The breakfast was really great and the kitchen facilities were nice. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hostel! Catherine, from USA ~ 17th Mar 2013

We had a great time. Great hostel, very clean,very friendly staff who spoke very good english.The only thing was that we had to climb 135 steps from the road until we finally reached our room which was on the 2nd floor. A bit hard to find, even thought its right downtown. Worst bunk beds EVER!! Make sure you'll get to sleep at the bottom. Decor was nice, building was nice as well. Just left a feeling of nothing really. Ok. Rosa, from Finland ~ 12th Aug 2012

No room keys for customers !!! You must notify the staff when you need to enter to your room and they open the door's room !!!
