This hostels is very good however the location is a bit poor. The staff is nice and helpful. Only one bathroom per floor but it worked out most of the times. Friendly atmosphere. The lounge area is very nice and the wifi is okay. Belinda Michelle, from Denmark ~ 3rd Feb 2013

Great place for its value. Very nicely situated hostel 20 minutes by DLR from the city centre, walking distance to the Greenwich observatory. We spent 4 nights with my wife there. We enjoyed karaoke evening as well as wonderful live band on friday evening. Rooms were clean and showers acceptable, just it would be great if there were some extra ones. The bar was nice, but too small rooms and only one bathroom on the floor. While was away from Central London, was close to DLR. The attention of the hostel was a bit cold, except for Carolina, who was very nice and very cool. MARTIN, from Argentina ~ 14th Sep 2012

The hostel itself is very nice and clean, however there was a confusion in the booking system and I was downgraded to another room. personnel is very friendly and nice. Hostels.com still hasn't responded to my complaint, I was disappointed by the fact that they they responded to me they will contact me soon, but I never heard back from them...
