Flamingo Hostel Zakopane in Agrigento, Puola

All we can do, to describe this hostel, is make the farting noise. It appears to be so great on hostels.com, however, when we got there, nearly everything was a let down. The bathrooms are clean, that's the only nice thing we can say about it. The staff is horrible. They're not friendly, lazy, and often misinformed. The wireless didn't work well either.

We are very sorry to hear that you disliked our hostel so much ;/ We made our best to make you feel good in Zakopane and you were even made free of charge for the first night payment. When it comes to the WiFi... well here is the mountains region and as we have a radio internet, sometimes it doesn't work ( due to the weather conditions ) However, there are two computers with the internet access available for the guests for all the time in the hall and you could always use them. We are very sorry once again.

Very good hostel, I would recommend if your going to Zakopane to stay with them. However, its quite noisy if there are Spanish or Irish there! :D hehe I didn't mind so much, but its quite a party hostel unless your in the apartment suites (which are the best). I stayed in a 3 bed ensuite and everything was GREAT except poor shower pressure, other than that- its a great hostel! :) Thanks guys! Michael, from USA ~ 2nd Feb 2012

Good Location, but that's the only positif point. The staff was not friendly or helpfull, the cleaning lady went trough our stuff and the bathroom was not clean at all. So I don't recommend this hostel to anyone. Els, from Belgium ~ 29th Dec 2011

This was like a ski lodge for backpackers, and the local and staff couldn't have been better.Spring for a private, if you can.You have your own common area and are served a separate breakfast.Well worth the money. Brian, from USA ~ 15th Aug 2011
